A zero-clearance, dual-burner direct vent gas fireplace with an 8-piece burnt oak log set included, tempered glass, and up to 24,000 BTU (NG) of heat. Natural gas or propane.
Logs on the grate, and not a splinter to carry in.
The glow of an oak fire at the end of the day, with none of the work that used to come with it. Flip the switch, and a dual-burner flame rises through the logs. Turn it off when you go to bed.

Will the HB3624 heat my room?
It's rated at up to 24,000 BTU (NG) — supplemental heat suited to a bedroom or den. Add the optional Z36FK fan kit to circulate more warm air. Like all direct-vent gas fireplaces, it should not be counted as a home's primary heat source.
Where can this be installed?
It's a zero-clearance fireplace, so the firebox can be framed directly against combustible walls — ideal for new construction or a remodel. Louvered framing is 36 3/8" W x 35" H x 17" D. It is not an insert and does not require an existing masonry fireplace. It does require a direct-vent run terminating through an exterior wall or roof.
Should I choose natural gas or propane?

What's the difference between Standard and High Capacity?

Do I need a professional to install it?
Yes — a zero-clearance gas fireplace should be framed, vented, and connected by a licensed gas installer to meet local code and protect your warranty. Call us before you hire one and we'll walk you through what the installation involves.
What if it arrives damaged?
Inspect the carton and unit before the driver leaves, and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Then email support@lumiflares.com with photos as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We file the claim with the supplier, send you a return label once it's approved, and ship you a new unit free of charge.

Both are available. Choose your fuel when you configure the unit above. The listed heat output is 24,000 BTU on natural gas.
How is it vented?
It is a direct vent fireplace with a 4"/7" sloped top flue. The vent run is planned and installed per the Kingsman installation manual.
Do I need a licensed gas installer?
Yes. Gas appliances must be installed by a qualified, licensed installer per local code.
What is included, and what do I add?
The 8-piece burnt oak log set (LOGC44), your choice of black louvered grill kit or Designer Clean View front, a wall switch and a safety screen are included. The Z36FK fan kit and remote controls are sold separately.

Every fireplace ships free by freight carrier, fully insured, with liftgate service included at no charge. In-stock orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days, and the carrier calls you to book a delivery time that suits you.
You're covered from our warehouse to your curb
Every shipment is insured for its full value. If anything isn't right when it arrives, tell us as soon as you can (ideally within 48 hours) and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.
