Your fireplace is insured for its full purchase value during transit. If anything arrives damaged and you follow the steps below, we will take care of everything — replacement or full refund. No cost to you, no runaround.
Order confirmation & processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout. Your fireplace will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day.
- You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your freight tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping timeline
Kingsman fireplaces are built to order and typically ship within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, freight transit time is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Total estimated delivery: 3–5 weeks from order date.
- You will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery window that works for you.
- Someone must be present at delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment.
Curbside delivery — what it means
All Lumiflares fireplaces are delivered curbside via freight carrier. This is standard for large, heavy appliances and is important to understand before your delivery arrives.
- The freight driver will bring your crated fireplace to the edge of your driveway or property line.
- The driver is not able to bring the unit inside your home, up stairs, or into a garage.
- You are responsible for moving the unit from the curb to its installation location.
- We are happy to recommend licensed local installers in your area — contact us after placing your order and we will connect you with someone in your region.
Inspect before you sign
Before signing the freight delivery receipt, take a moment to inspect the packaging. This step is critical and protects you completely in the event of any transit damage.
- Check the outside of the crate or box for any visible damage, dents, or punctures.
- If you notice any damage, write "damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take photos of any damage before opening the packaging.
- Contact us immediately at support@lumiflares.com or 877-879-9191 and we will handle everything from there.
- Do not refuse the delivery — accepting and documenting damage is the correct process.
