Our team works closely with our manufacturing partners to maintain accurate inventory. Occasionally, premium items sell out faster than they can be restocked — and when that happens, we want to make sure your experience is as smooth and transparent as possible. Backordered Kingsman items typically ship within 1–3 months, depending on the model and current production schedule.

When you place a backorder, we'll keep you updated every step of the way — from confirmation to the moment your order ships. You'll never be left wondering where things stand.

Why we process payment at the time of order

When you place a backorder, your payment is processed immediately. Here's why this actually works in your favor:

Immediate payment reserves your unit with the manufacturer. Without it, your spot in line isn't guaranteed — especially for high-demand models.

Processing now prevents delays caused by expired card authorizations or outdated payment details while you wait — so your order fulfills without interruption when it's ready to ship.

Changed your mind? Here are your options

We understand plans change. As long as your order hasn't shipped, you have two easy paths:

Swap for an in-stock item

Browse our collection for a comparable product that's available now. Place a new order, then email us at support@lumiflares.com and we'll refund your original backorder right away.

Request a full refund

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel and refund you in full. Just email us and we'll confirm the cancellation with the manufacturer and process your refund as quickly as possible.

To cancel, just send us an email before your order ships. Once a shipment is confirmed, we're unable to cancel — but our return policy still applies.

We'll keep you in the loop

You won't have to chase us for updates. We'll respond to any backorder inquiry within 48 business hours, and as soon as we receive new information from the manufacturer — including tracking details — we'll send it your way immediately. When your item comes back in stock, your order is prioritized and processed within 48 business hours so you're always first in line.

A note on delivery timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith based on manufacturer guidance — but as an authorized dealer, we don't control production or shipping schedules directly. If a timeline changes, we'll let you know immediately and work with you on next steps. In the rare event that a manufacturer cancels production on a backordered item, we will issue you a full refund without delay and help you find a suitable alternative.
