What size fireplace do I need for my room?
As a rough guide, plan for about 5,000–10,000 BTU per 400–500 sq ft, though ceiling height, insulation, and whether the fireplace is your primary or supplemental heat all factor in. Is the remote control included?

Yes. These are direct-vent, sealed-combustion gas fireplaces that vent outside, and they should be installed by a licensed gas fitter or qualified installer to meet code and protect your warranty. We can connect you with certified installers if you'd like a referral.
