Found it for less? We'll match it.

If another authorized dealer advertises a lower delivered price on the same new Kingsman or Dimplex fireplace, send us the link and we'll match it. This applies before you buy and for 30 days after your purchase. This guarantee applies to Kingsman and Dimplex products only.

How it works

Send us the link. Email support@lumiflares.com with a link to the lower price. If you've already ordered, include your order number.

We check it. We confirm the item, the seller, and the delivered price, and reply within 1 business day.

You get the lower price. Before you buy, we send you the matched price to check out with. After you buy, we credit the difference to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

What qualifies

  • Kingsman and Dimplex products.
  • The identical item: same brand, model number, size, fuel type, and finish.
  • Brand new, in its original packaging, and in stock and available to ship from the other seller.
  • Sold by an authorized dealer of that brand based in the United States.
  • A publicly advertised price we can verify from the link you send.
  • We compare the total delivered price: the item plus shipping. Sales tax is not included in the comparison.

What isn't covered

  • EcoSmart Fire and SimpliFire products. These manufacturers require us to sell at the listed price.
  • Marketplace and auction listings, such as third-party sellers on Amazon or eBay.
  • Open-box, used, refurbished, or floor-model items.
  • Clearance, closeout, or liquidation pricing, and obvious pricing errors.
  • Prices that need a coupon code, membership, login, rebate, or bundle to reach.
  • Trade, contractor, or volume pricing.
  • Prices lower than the manufacturer's pricing policy allows us to sell at, or below our cost.

A price match can't be combined with other discounts or promotions. One match per item.

If our own price drops

If we lower the price of the item you bought within 30 days of your purchase, email us your order number and we'll credit the difference. This applies to every brand we carry.
