Already working with a builder or interior designer? We'll provide a complete Technical Package — wiring diagrams, framing dimensions, and clearance specs — so your contractor has everything they need for a perfect fit. No extra charge.

Self-select a certified professional

Not in our network area? We'll guide you through finding a National Fireplace Institute (NFI) certified technician or licensed master electrician through professional trade networks — ensuring your factory warranty stays fully intact.

Our technical support commitment

Even though installation is handled by an independent professional, Lumiflares stays involved throughout the process.

  • Direct tech support — If your installer has a technical question during the build, our team is available with manufacturer specs and wiring diagrams on demand
How the service relationship works: Installation services are contracted directly between you and your chosen professional — not through Lumiflares. This means you control your timeline, pay your installer directly, and avoid any hidden markups. The $149.99 Dispatch & Base Setup Service fee covers coordination and scheduling only, and does not constitute a direct installation contract with Lumiflares.
