How Our Process Works

To give you the greatest flexibility and control over your project budget, we offer three streamlined paths to completion:

  1. The Lumiflares Preferred List: Upon purchase, we provide you with a list of three vetted, independent installation pros in your specific area. These are professionals who have a proven track record with luxury electric fireplace integration.

  2. Your Personal Contractor: If you are already working with a builder or interior designer, we provide a Technical Consultation Package. This includes all the wiring diagrams, framing dimensions, and clearance specs your contractor needs to ensure a perfect fit.

  3. Self-Selection via Certified Platforms: For clients in remote areas, we provide guidance on selecting "NFI Certified" (National Fireplace Institute) technicians or licensed master electricians through professional trade networks to ensure factory warranties remain fully intact.

Our Technical Support Commitment

Even though the installation is handled by an independent pro, Lumiflares stays involved. We provide:

  • Pre-Installation Review: A digital checklist to ensure your wall and electrical outlet are ready before your pro arrives.

  • Direct Tech Support: If your installer has a technical question during the build, our team is available to provide the necessary manufacturer specifications and wiring diagrams.

Note: Installation services are contracted directly between the client and the service provider. This allows you to manage your project timeline and pay your installer directly, avoiding hidden markups.
