Flames appear to rise from within the logs, over an ember bed that glows from the back of the firebox. No gas line, no venting, no smoke, and a footprint small enough for a bedroom, den or home office.

What it does for your home
Comfort, on demand. A 1,500 W heater (5,118 BTU) on a standard 120V outlet. Turn the heat off in July and keep the fire.
Scaled for smaller walls. At 24" it frames into a bedroom, office or basement wall where a 36" or 42" firebox would dominate.
A real home upgrade. No gas line, no chimney, no venting. Frame it into a new wall, or set it into an existing opening that fits.

The smallest Revillusion, with the same flame
The Revillusion 24" is the compact entry to the series. Revillusion™ technology glows the ember bed from the back of the firebox and a reflective flame panel makes the flames appear to rise from within the log set. It comes in the same four interior panels as the larger sizes: Herringbone Brick, Neutral Brick, Weathered Concrete and Black. Unlike the 30" to 42" models, the 24" runs on 120V only, by plug-in or hardwire.
Will it fit?
The Revillusion 24" is a built-in firebox, designed to be framed into a wall or enclosure. It needs no venting, gas line or chimney. Frame the opening to 24-5/8" wide x 22-3/8" high x 12-1/2" deep. Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering
I have seen a "Revillusion 24" for less elsewhere. Why the difference?
Lower listings are often the RBF24DLX, the earlier Revillusion 24. This is the REV24 that replaced it, with the updated ember bed and four interior panel options. Watch the model number when you compare. If you find the same REV24 for less from an authorized dealer, our price match covers it.
Will it fit my existing fireplace?
It needs a framed opening of 24-5/8" W × 22-3/8" H × 12-1/2" D. Send us your measurements and we will tell you before you order.
Do I need an electrician?
Not for the plug-in setup: it plugs into a standard 120V outlet, and Dimplex recommends a dedicated 15A circuit. If you prefer a hardwired installation, a licensed electrician should do it.
What if it arrives damaged?
Note any box damage on the delivery receipt and tell us, ideally within 48 hours. Every shipment is insured; we handle the claim and the replacement.
What if it is not right for my room?
You have 30 days to return it under our return policy.

Every fireplace ships free by freight carrier, fully insured, with liftgate service included at no charge. In-stock orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days, and the carrier calls you to book a delivery time that suits you.
You're covered from our warehouse to your curb
Every shipment is insured for its full value. If anything isn't right when it arrives, tell us as soon as you can (ideally within 48 hours) and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.
We ship it and send you tracking
In-stock orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your freight tracking number when it ships.
- Freight transit is typically 3–7 business days, depending on where you live.

You pick the delivery time
The carrier calls the phone number on your order to book a delivery window that works for you.
- Liftgate service is included free — the driver lowers your fireplace to the ground at the curb.

- Delivery is curbside, so plan for a second pair of hands to bring it inside.
- Need a different day? Call the carrier and they'll rebook it.
Take a quick look before you sign
Give the packaging a once-over while the driver is there. It takes a minute.
- If the box looks fine, sign and you're done.
- If you see a dent, tear or crushed corner, write a short note on the delivery receipt and take a photo.
- Not sure what to do? Write what you see on the delivery receipt before signing and take a photo. Then call 877-879-9191 or email us and we'll handle it from there.
Inspect your fireplace within 48 hours
Unpack your fireplace and look it over as soon after delivery as you can.
- If anything isn't right, email photos of the item and packaging, plus your order number, to support@lumiflares.com.
- Hold on to the original packaging until you're happy with everything.
- We handle the claim with the carrier and arrange your replacement or refund, and we keep you updated along the way.
We recommend reporting within 48 hours of delivery. Freight carriers set tight windows for damage claims, so the sooner we hear from you, the faster we can resolve it. If you notice something later, still reach out and we'll help however we can.
