Traditional fire, modern face. A realistic split oak log set behind a clean face with no louvers and no visible frame, across a 33" × 23 15/16" view.
Warm the room, not the whole house. Supplemental heat for the room you are in. Add the Z36FK fan kit through the top remote option to circulate more warm air.

Build the Kingsman Clean View 36" into your wall for a traditional log-set fire with a modern, frameless face — no louvers, no visible frame, just the flame. It pairs a realistic split oak log set with up to 18,000 BTUs of supplemental heat. The zero-clearance firebox frames directly against combustible walls, so it drops cleanly into new construction or a remodel.
What's included: every configuration ships as a complete appliance — the fireplace and a Kingsman split oak log set. Add a remote if you want one; the top remote option also includes the Z36FK fan kit. Not included: direct vent pipe and termination, which your installer sizes to your vent run. Liners and surrounds are sold separately.

Natural gas or propane?
Both are available, rated at 18,000 BTU. Choose the fuel your home already runs on when you configure the unit above.
How is it vented?
It is a direct vent fireplace with a 4"/7" flue. The vent pipe and termination are sold separately and planned to your vent run per the Kingsman installation manual.
Do I need a licensed gas installer?
Yes. Gas appliances must be installed by a qualified, licensed installer per local code.
What is included, and what do I add?
Every configuration includes the fireplace, a Kingsman split oak log set, a safety screen and a wall switch. Remotes are optional, and the top option adds the Z36FK fan kit. Surrounds (ZCV36S1BL, ZCV36SWFBL), liners (ZCV3622PRL, ZCV3622ML), vent pipe and termination are sold separately.
Will it fit my wall?
Frame the opening at 36 3/8" W × 37 1/4" H × 17 1/2" D. Send us your plans and we will confirm before you order.
What if it arrives damaged?
Note any box damage on the delivery receipt and tell us, ideally within 48 hours. Every shipment is insured; we handle the claim and the replacement.
What if it is not right for my home?
You have 30 days to return it under our return policy.

Your fireplace, delivered with care
Every fireplace ships free by freight carrier, fully insured, with liftgate service included at no charge. In-stock orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days, and the carrier calls you to book a delivery time that suits you.
You're covered from our warehouse to your curb
Every shipment is insured for its full value. If anything isn't right when it arrives, tell us as soon as you can (ideally within 48 hours) and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.
We ship it and send you tracking
In-stock orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your freight tracking number when it ships.
- Freight transit is typically 3–7 business days, depending on where you live.

You pick the delivery time
The carrier calls the phone number on your order to book a delivery window that works for you.
- Liftgate service is included free — the driver lowers your fireplace to the ground at the curb.
- An adult will need to be there to sign for it.
- Delivery is curbside, so plan for a second pair of hands to bring it inside.
- Need a different day? Call the carrier and they'll rebook it.
Take a quick look before you sign
Give the packaging a once-over while the driver is there. It takes a minute.
- If the box looks fine, sign and you're done.
- If you see a dent, tear or crushed corner, write a short note on the delivery receipt and take a photo.
- Not sure what to do? Write what you see on the delivery receipt before signing and take a photo. Then call 877-879-9191 or email us and we'll handle it from there.
Inspect your fireplace within 48 hours
Unpack your fireplace and look it over as soon after delivery as you can.
- If anything isn't right, email photos of the item and packaging, plus your order number, to support@lumiflares.com.
- Hold on to the original packaging until you're happy with everything.
- We handle the claim with the carrier and arrange your replacement or refund, and we keep you updated along the way.
We recommend reporting within 48 hours of delivery. Freight carriers set tight windows for damage claims, so the sooner we hear from you, the faster we can resolve it. If you notice something later, still reach out and we'll help however we can.
