Wood fires take planning. This one takes a switch. The flame comes up over glowing embers and a split oak log set, the blower moves the warmth into the room, and there is nothing to clean up before bed.
It sits inside the fireplace you already have, behind a Clean View front, so the room gets an upgrade without a renovation.

Real flame, real warmth. Up to 31,000 BTU on natural gas or 28,500 BTU on propane, with a dual burner, glowing embers and a heat-activated, variable-speed blower.
A cleaner look for an old opening. A Clean View front, heat-radiating ceramic glass and a matte black liner frame a 25 5/8" × 14 1/8" fire. Choose the small or large surround to suit your opening.
Zone heat where you sit. Warm the living area you actually use instead of the whole house. Sealed combustion draws air from outside, so it does not pull warm air out of the room.
Wood to gas, without the work. No more drafts, ash or firewood. Millivolt and ProFlame II ignition both operate during a power failure, and ProFlame II models include a remote.

Its sealed combustion system draws air from outside, so it heats efficiently without pulling warm air out of your room or compromising your indoor air quality.
What's included: every configuration ships as a complete appliance — the insert, Clean View front and a split oak log set. Not included: venting. The IDV34 requires a Kingsman flex vent liner kit and termination (Kingsman venting only), which your installer sources and sizes to your chimney.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering
Natural gas or propane?
Both are available. Choose the fuel your home already runs on when you configure the unit above. Maximum output is 31,000 BTU on natural gas and 28,500 BTU on propane.
How is it vented?
It is a direct vent (sealed combustion) insert. It vents up your existing chimney through a Kingsman flex vent liner kit and termination, Kingsman venting only, sold separately. Your installer sizes the kit to your chimney per the Kingsman installation manual.
Do I need a licensed gas installer?
Yes. Gas appliances must be installed by a qualified, licensed installer per local code.
What is included, and what do I add?
Every configuration ships as a complete appliance: the insert, the Clean View front with a small or large surround, and a split oak log set. ProFlame II models include a remote. Venting is not included.
Will it fit my existing fireplace?
It is made to fit into an existing masonry wood-burning fireplace. The insert measures 28 5/8" W × 21 1/2" H × 17 3/4" D. Send us your opening dimensions and we will confirm the fit and the right surround before you order.
What if it arrives damaged?
Note any box damage on the delivery receipt and tell us, ideally within 48 hours. Every shipment is insured; we handle the claim and the replacement.
What if it is not right for my home?
You have 30 days to return it under our return policy.

Every fireplace ships free by freight carrier, fully insured, with liftgate service included at no charge. In-stock orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days, and the carrier calls you to book a delivery time that suits you.
You're covered from our warehouse to your curb
Every shipment is insured for its full value. If anything isn't right when it arrives, tell us as soon as you can (ideally within 48 hours) and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.
We ship it and send you tracking
In-stock orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your freight tracking number when it ships.

You pick the delivery time
The carrier calls the phone number on your order to book a delivery window that works for you.
- Liftgate service is included free — the driver lowers your fireplace to the ground at the curb.
- An adult will need to be there to sign for it.
- Delivery is curbside, so plan for a second pair of hands to bring it inside.
- Need a different day? Call the carrier and they'll rebook it.
Take a quick look before you sign
Give the packaging a once-over while the driver is there. It takes a minute.
- If the box looks fine, sign and you're done.
- If you see a dent, tear or crushed corner, write a short note on the delivery receipt and take a photo.
- Not sure what to do? Write what you see on the delivery receipt before signing and take a photo. Then call 877-879-9191 or email us and we'll handle it from there.
Inspect your fireplace within 48 hours
Unpack your fireplace and look it over as soon after delivery as you can.
- If anything isn't right, email photos of the item and packaging, plus your order number, to support@lumiflares.com.
- Hold on to the original packaging until you're happy with everything.
- We handle the claim with the carrier and arrange your replacement or refund, and we keep you updated along the way.
We recommend reporting within 48 hours of delivery. Freight carriers set tight windows for damage claims, so the sooner we hear from you, the faster we can resolve it. If you notice something later, still reach out and we'll help however we can.
