A 20" vapor flame you build into anything — and link for any length
The Optimyst Cassette is a 20" firebox module rather than a finished fireplace. It drops into custom millwork, a see-through feature wall, a three-sided island or a bar front, and because ultrasonic mist and LED light make the flame, there's no gas line, flue or venting to plan around. Spacers and slots let you shape the flame width and pattern to the opening you've built.
Combine cassettes for any length. Run several side by side for a long linear fire, with up to five controlled from a single remote. The RGB model adds five flame colors — orange, blue, violet, red and aquamarine — plus custom colors, intensity and crackling sound through the Flame Connect app.
This cassette does not produce heat. Its 230W draw runs the vapor system and lighting, and the flame is cool to the touch — which is why it can go in a bedroom, a bar top or joinery where a heater couldn't. If you want warmth from it, Dimplex makes a direct-wire heater accessory (CDFI-TMHEAT) rated for up to 400 sq ft; ask us and we'll quote it with your order.
Before you buy — three things to plan: the cassette is direct-wired to a 120V circuit (an optional plug kit lets it run from a standard outlet instead), it needs a fresh-air inlet below the unit, and the built-in tank gives about 8 hours of flame per fill. For continuous operation without refilling, add the plumbing kit and connect it to your water line.
What's included: the cassette, refillable water container, media tray, multi-function remote, slotted flame spacers and manual. Not included: ember bed or log media, air intake grille, plug kit, plumbing kit and heater accessory — ask us and we'll add what your design needs.

Every fireplace ships free by freight carrier, fully insured, with liftgate service included at no charge. In-stock orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days, and the carrier calls you to book a delivery time that suits you.
You're covered from our warehouse to your curb
Every shipment is insured for its full value. If anything isn't right when it arrives, tell us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.
We ship it and send you tracking
In-stock orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your freight tracking number when it ships.

You pick the delivery time
The carrier calls the phone number on your order to book a delivery window that works for you.

- Need a different day? Call the carrier and they'll rebook it.
Take a quick look before you sign
Give the packaging a once-over while the driver is there. It takes a minute.
- If the box looks fine, sign and you're done.
- If you see a dent, tear or crushed corner, write a short note on the delivery receipt and take a photo.
- Not sure what to do? Write what you see on the delivery receipt before signing and take a photo. Then call 877-879-9191 or email us and we'll handle it from there.
Open the box within 48 hours
Unpack your fireplace and look it over soon after delivery, while everything is still covered.
- If anything isn't right, email photos and your order number to support@lumiflares.com.
- Hold on to the original packaging until you're happy with everything.
- We handle the claim with the carrier and arrange your replacement or refund, and we keep you updated along the way.
Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. That's the window we have to file a claim on your behalf.
