Overview
Logs that glow in rhythm with the flames โ and a fire you can hear
The Ignite Ultra is the top of Dimplex's linear range. Its Dynamic-Fire flame effect pairs with Rhythmic inner-glow logs that pulse along with the flames and ember bed, and three crackling fire sound options add what most electric fireplaces leave out. The Quick-Connect logs lift out and rearrange, so you can restyle the fuel bed without tools.
At 27 1/2" tall, the Ultra gives a taller viewing area than a typical linear fireplace โ it reads as a fireplace rather than a slot of light. Note the depth: 14 1/2", so it needs a framed chase or a thicker wall, unlike the 5-3/4" Evolve series.
What's included: the firebox, Rhythmic inner-glow logs, tumbled glass embers, gravel and glass chunks, multi-function remote, and a 120V plug kit. Not included: the electrical circuit โ a licensed electrician hardwires it, or fits the included plug kit to a dedicated 120V outlet.

Every fireplace ships free by freight carrier, fully insured, with liftgate service included at no charge. In-stock orders leave the warehouse in 1โ3 business days, and the carrier calls you to book a delivery time that suits you.
You're covered from our warehouse to your curb
Every shipment is insured for its full value. If anything isn't right when it arrives, tell us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund โ at no cost to you.
We ship it and send you tracking
In-stock orders leave the warehouse in 1โ3 business days. You'll get an email with your freight tracking number when it ships.

You pick the delivery time
The carrier calls the phone number on your order to book a delivery window that works for you.

- Need a different day? Call the carrier and they'll rebook it.
Take a quick look before you sign

- If you see a dent, tear or crushed corner, write a short note on the delivery receipt and take a photo.
- Not sure what to do? Write what you see on the delivery receipt before signing and take a photo. Then call 877-879-9191 or email us and we'll handle it from there.
Open the box within 48 hours
Unpack your fireplace and look it over soon after delivery, while everything is still covered.
- If anything isn't right, email photos and your order number to support@lumiflares.com.
- Hold on to the original packaging until you're happy with everything.
- We handle the claim with the carrier and arrange your replacement or refund, and we keep you updated along the way.
Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. That's the window we have to file a claim on your behalf.
